Very cool video! The only problem with using it in a lesson is the rapidity with which it would devolve from "Hey, kids, let's look at a praying mantis" to "Hey, Mama, was that Sylvia's voice? WE WANT TO CALL SYLVIA! NOW!"
p.s. I'm glad it didn't pounce and eat you. The situation looked dicey there for a second, didn't it? Admit it, you put Sylvia up to that diversion about the pasta so you could have an excuse to go back inside.
It's a shame the video quality on the blog is so poor -- on the phone it's much crisper. This thing was so big and it looked at us so intently!
